Perspective as a Personal Trainer.
The only negative thing I can say is that I can't have a bath without it now.
As a Personal Trainer, I'm in the gym a fair bit, using my body a lot for not only my own workouts, but for my job helping others with theirs. I have a bath probably twice a week and every single time I now use a 39 Degrees Bath product, mostly the Post-Workout Natural Magnesium Mineral Bath Tonic.
The relief it gives to my muscles and joints compared to a standard bath is really noticeable. It has become my go-to at-home recovery tool, perfect for unwinding mentally and physically from a long day.
Highly recommend this product in particular for anyone that notices themselves with sore joints/ muscles, particularly if induced by physical exertion.
