Returns Policy


For Items Damaged in Transit

 

We take great care in packing your order to withstand the journey; however, as we use third-party couriers, there is a rare chance that items may be damaged in transit. If your product arrives damaged, please email us at team@39degrees.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. If you have opted for shipping protection, we will arrange a replacement for you. Without shipping protection, assistance will be provided to the extent possible, though replacement may not be guaranteed.

Please note that 39 Degrees does not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind. If you believe there is an issue with your item or if you need assistance, please reach out to us at team@39degrees.com.au.
