Do I need a discount code?
No, for our Black Friday Sale, there’s no need for a discount code. Simply head to our website during the sale, add your items to your cart, and proceed to checkout - the discount will be automatically applied.
Can I use an additional discount code?
No, the sale discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. All other codes will be switched off for the sale period.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We’re doing everything we can to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Standard orders may take up to 10 business days to dispatch, but you can choose Priority Dispatch at checkout to speed up your order. Please note that due to high demand, shipping times may be longer than usual, and our Customer Service team may take extra time to respond. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season.
What happens if an item sells out before I check out?
With limited stock and high demand during this sale, items aren’t reserved until you finish checkout. We recommend completing your purchase quickly to secure your items.
What products are included?
Our Black Friday sale event applies to all our products online, with up to 60% off sitewide.
Can I change my address?
Our warehouse and customer service teams will be working fast, so please take care to enter all details correctly - unfortunately, we’re unable to change any addresses or order details.
Once your item is shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
I placed my order a few days ago. Can I cancel it or make changes so I can shop during the sale instead?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to recent orders. However, this sale is a great chance to stock up on your favourites at an amazing price!
I missed the sale! Can I still have the discount?
The discount is only available during the designated sale period.
Can I apply a gift card during the sale?
Yes, you can use gift cards during the sale.
Will I get a confirmation email after I place my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. If it doesn’t appear, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I return an item purchased during the Special Edition sale?
All sales and discounted items during our Black Friday period are final. We won’t be accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind on these products.
What happens if my payment fails during checkout?
If your payment doesn’t go through during checkout, please try again. Inventory isn’t reserved during checkout, so your items may sell out while you resolve the issue.
How can I contact customer support during the sale?
During the sale, our customer support team will be busier than usual. Please check our FAQ page first or email us at team@39degrees.com.au. Replies may take a bit longer during this busy period, so we appreciate your patience.
Sale Terms & Conditions
Stock Availability During the Sale
Due to the high demand during our sale, some items may sell out or be oversold. This can happen when multiple customers are checking out at the same time for the same product. Our system may not update instantly to reflect that another customer has secured the last item just before your payment is completed.
If an item you purchased is oversold, we will issue a full refund for that item back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for refunds may take longer during the sale, and it could take up to 10 business days to notify you of any oversold items.
For orders with multiple items, any remaining items will still be shipped to you.
Dispatch & Shipping Delays
With the high volume of orders during the sale, please allow extra time for processing and dispatch. While we aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days, however it may take up to 10. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please keep in mind that shipping carriers may also experience delays that are beyond our control, which could affect your delivery time. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period, especially with the added pressure on postal services.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the high volume of orders being processed during the sale, we are unable to modify or cancel any orders once they are placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
