DISPATCH AND TRACKING

Orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria (observing Victorian public holidays).

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder as these emails can sometimes end up there.

SHIPPING OPTIONS - Australia Post

Standard Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $69, free for orders over $69. Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days (may vary during peak periods).

Express Shipping: $14.95. Uses Australia Post’s next-day delivery network (available in eligible areas). Check Australia Post for any potential delays.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We recommend adding shipping protection to cover loss, theft, or damage within 30 days. Here’s how it works:

With Shipping Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’ll send a replacement. Just reach out to us at team@39degrees.com.au with your order number.

Without Shipping Protection: We are not liable for packages once they are with the courier. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist, but replacement or refund may not be available.

To report a lost or stolen package, please email our support team as soon as possible. We may need confirmation from the shipping provider about a misdelivery before processing a refund or replacement.

If a delivery is refused or undeliverable, the cost of original and return shipping will be deducted from any potential refund.

NEW ZEALAND

Currently, we do not offer shipping to New Zealand.

INTERNATIONAL

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside Australia.
